UV-LED integrated in-situ synthesis of high-density DNA chips

The project aims at developing new in-situ synthesis methods of new non-mask (maskless) to make high-density DNA chips, to solve the high cost of existing technologies and the problem of poor flexibility.
Expected Targets and Technical Indices ：
Through the preparation of high-density controllable LED's ultraviolet light-emitting diode (UV-LED) micro array to control and guide the in-situ synthesis of DNA in the substrate. To develop the newly production methods of DNA chip and push it to the market, and achieve the following targets:
1. Development of high-power UV (365 nm wavelength in the vicinity) LED chips, power greater than 400 mW/cm2;
2. DNA points less than the size of 20 um;
3. DNA chip density reaching 40,000 points / cm2.
