Introduction:

Nitrogen-containing Materials Used for the Welding of Titanium Alloys, which is based on refractory metal nitride, is a nitriding material. It contains 15-25% nitrogen, consists of three ingredients, i.e.: aluminum nitride, vanadium nitride VN, and vanadium nitride V2N.

Nitriding alloy "vanadium aluminum" has wide market requirements, and it is currently used to prepare titanium alloys with high nitrogen content for purpose of welding. The end products of nitriding alloys application are the high-strength titanium alloys used in aviation and space technology. The output realized in pilot test is 100 kg per year.

Technological application:

The field of titanium alloy welding.
