Introduction:

Laminated aluminum glass fiber reinforced plastics-a new type of structural materials consisting of thin aluminum plates (0.3-0.5mm) and adhesive interlayers. Depending on the purpose of the component, it contains glass fibers of different reinforcement structures.

Technological advantages:

It has extremely high fatigue crack growth strength (d 2l/dN <0,2 mm/1000cycles) under the condition of low density (2.35-2.55 g/cm3), high strength and fire resistance. The laminated aluminum glass fiber reinforced plastic (type СIАH-3-1, etc.) made on the basis of type 1441 high-tech aluminum-lithium alloy plate has high elastic modulus (62-70 Gigapascal) and heat resistance.

Aviation, laminated aluminum glass fiber reinforced plastic is suitable for the upper skinning member of the wings of Be-103 seaplane.
