Its factory is located on the south coast of England and covers an area of ​​about 22,000 square feet. The factory uses traditional production techniques, to ensure working out a complete solution. The company continuously improves the existing production process while developing new processes. It usually uses prepreg and resin injection methods. It is good at direct resin injection, which is a proprietary innovative manufacturing process of the company. At present, it can produce 130mm thick laminates with small porosity and good mechanical properties.

The company has extensive experience in research and innovation cooperation, and it has started the cooperation with National Composite Center (Bristol) recently. The company continuously improves its manufacturing methods and processes, while introducing the latest materials and technologies in ultimate industrial/commercial applications. Technological advantages:

At present, as a conventional technique, prepreg and resin injection technology has been widely used in the world, but this project achieve direct resin injection, able to produce 130mm thick laminates with small porosity, and good mechanical properties.
